Many moons have passed since I've last Shouted Into the Storm. The three or four of you who actually read this have wondered why. Well, part of it is I've been busy with other things. The other thing is that, as I pointed out three months ago, there is simply to much to shout back against. So, for today, let's work with a list. Things the Bush Administration has lied to us about:
- Lied about our commitment to Afghanistan(Dollars in current budget for that operation? Zero.)
- Lied about the Real and Present Danger of Iraq's missle program, in order to scare the bejeesus out of the American public.
- Lied about using "Solid Science" to determine the environmental impact of greenhouse gasses(click here for the stort)
- Lied about our objectives in Iraq
- Lied about how corporate interests are being used in the "rebuilding" of Iraq.
- Lied about the economic picture.
- Lied about the benefits of the tax cuts.
- Lied about the benefits of the estate tax cut.
